Sulumits Retsambew participants from Roxas City Capiz have their beach party at Flat Rock Beach Resort last week. I was able to take pictures during the party but the sad thing is I am very busy that time because I am encharge of physical arrangement. Flat Rock Beach Resort is located at Culasi Roxas City province of Capiz Seafood Capital of the Philippines. This is environment friendly city and one of the richest fishing grounds in the country. Flat Rock is one of the beautiful beaches in province of Capiz City of Roxas.
Flat Rock Beach Resort own by Mr. and Mrs. Elezar Almalbis the former barangay Captain of Culasi. The beach is a favorite weekend sport for local populace and those coming from nearby towns of the province. The resort has many cottages and also has a wide bridge where you can relax and see the sea and sunset. They also serve lunch, dinner and breakfast and also drinks. Sulumits Retsambew participants enjoy their get together party.
